6.2 Legal Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between Infinity Technest and the user (“you”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
- Purchases & Payment
- You may be required to provide billing and payment information for any purchase.
- You warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
- We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including but not limited to errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.
- Delivery & Access

- Refunds & Cancellations

- Major defects unresolvable within 72 hours of reporting
